Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of Pawdrobe HQ products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order here with Pawdrobe HQ, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed with us for the sale and supply of any products.

None of these Terms & Conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the Terms & Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by us.

Personal Information
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by us in confidence to protect your personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, and to provide offers and information on our products.
The information you provide is only available to us and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request we delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting our conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure
Events outside our control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that we are released from obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

Payment
All products remain Pawdrobe HQ property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised and confirmed before confirming the purchase.
You confirm that all details you provide to us, for the purpose of ordering and purchasing goods are true, accurate and current and that the credit card or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
All transfers conducted through us are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
We reserve the right to end our agreement with you if you fail to make payment to us when due, you breach any of our terms and conditions, or if we suspect that you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have any way been involved in fraudulent or illegal activity with us.

Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.

Ordering
When placing an order you agree that all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If we do not have enough stock to deliver the goods you require we will notify you to offer alternatives or the expected delay in delivery.
Your order will be checked before it is despatched to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition

Despatch Times
Your order will be despatched after your payment has cleared and will be sent to your billing address.
Physical Products: We aim to despatch your order within 5 working days, although despatch can take up to 15 working days from date of order. (Working days are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm). Please note that Royal Mail delivery timescales are not included in the stated Despatch Time - please factor this in when placing your order.
Digital Products: Due to the immediate download of digital products, there is no 14 day cooling off period and therefore no refund is payable, should you change your mind about the digital product you're buying.

Your Right To Cancel Physical Products
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations you have 14 days from your receipt of your order to cancel physical products. Please use the CANCELLATION FORM to inform us of your decision. 
Your order must be returned, unused and in its original packaging, to us within 14 days of notifying us. Once we receive your return we will refund you the cost of the product purchased plus basic delivery charge within 30 days. Please note: This only applies to physical products you order from us.  Due to the instant nature of our printable designs, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for any of our digital items.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods On Arrival
Your order will have been checked and securely packaged prior to despatch to you.
Where a physical product is damaged or faulty on delivery please use the FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS RETURNS FORM to arrange the return of the item to us unaltered and in its original packing. 
On receipt of your damaged/faulty goods we will offer you either:
a). a refund for the cost of your order plus basic delivery charge OR
b). an exchange of the item for another of the same value (before postage costs were applied). We will pay a basic delivery charge to cover the cost of postage for your exchange. Please note: This only applies to physical products you order from us. Where you have a problem with a digital download please GET IN TOUCH

Additional Information
We reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product being sold out, we have the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. We shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
The despatch period stated is an approximate timescale. Goods will be sent to the address given in your order.

Liability
We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website.
If an error is discovered in the price of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.
We cannot be held responsible for any differences in colour between the image on our site and the actual product.
We take every measure to ensure any data we collect is held securely and internet fraud is prevented. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our system.
